Can you join the varsity team if you came as a senior and didn't play any of the previous years?

Yes you can, but it's not a right simply because you are a senior. You have to remember there are players on the team that have been playing for many years already. You can't expect to beat out a junior or sophomore simply because you are a senior. Work hard and it's possible, depending on...

If your team is not that strong than it's more possible. If your team is well established and is strong, the chances are kinda low.

Either way, work hard and don't let anyone tell you can't do something.

in most school districts if ur a seinor u have to play varsity it doesnt matter if u good or not u might sit the bench but in 11th and 12th u r not allowed to play JV
