Yes you can.

As far as im aware you'll need to create a different throw-away e-mail address to set up a new gamertag.

I hav'nt tried it mysel personally but i no a couple of people who managed to get more free months and i'm pretty sure thats how they did it.

No i believe you can only do this 3 times,

And no, your achievements, friends and points will not be on the new account, just the old one.

yes and no, i believe you need different email address everytime and you'll get a new "free" 1 month xbox live gold

I did hear a rumor that theres a certain amount of times on your xbox that you can do it, i think it's 3 times, im not sure though

and NO all the achievements wont be completed, it's only for that specific gamertag
