Well, this highly depends on what kind of dance it is (middle school, high school, college). Even if we know this information, rules may differ from one school from another. However, if you do it discreetly and try not to get caught, you'll be fine; even if you do get caught, I don't think they'll punish you or anything, it's a highly natural thing to do. There are usually teachers walking around to make sure no one is doing anything "inappropriate", so if one of them sees you they will most likely tell you to stop.

It depends what age you are and what type of kiss it is. If it's HS, as long as your not all over each other it is fine to kiss. Just keep in mind that you are in the middle of a public place. It's just like during a school day, being in the middle of a restaurant, or at a mall. Don't do things that you wouldn't do in front of a whole crowd without making yourself or others uncomfortable.

Well, the answer in mostly no for all schools because most schools rules have "No PDA" and stuff like that.  And usually at school dances there are teachers and chaperons watching everyone and walking around and if they find u they will tell u to stop. And there isnt anyone stopping to to kiss someone.. you'll jus get in trouble if your school doesnt allow that..
