  1. happens every day. the police pay people to do just that. but it is not a game. i don't think i would play it from my home.

  2. Problems with private citizens running "freelance" entrapment schemes.   The individual you trap could claim that you have something against them personally and discredit your efforts,

or they could launch a lawsuit against you (on any excuse at all, believe me its possible and the courts will hear it)

If you want to get involved for somekinda moral crusade, fine, but PLEASE check with your friendly local law enforcement BEFORE you sign on to any forum as an underage kid.

    Nothing is simple and yes

The road to places you don't wanna go

    is paved with good intentions....

  3. They have to have a sting set up and actually nab him when he's coming to your house. It's been done on To Catch a Predator.

  4. Why would you want to do that? Is it possible that you might have some kind of fantasy that is just as sick, or perhaps even more so, just in a different way? Leave law enforcement to the police, and do yourself a favor. Get some help.

  5. You would have to be very careful how the conversation goes.  If you're "leading them on" as you said, that would probably be considered entrapment and wouldn't hold up.

  6. It wouldnt be right and they wouldnt really do anything.

Its like you putting a wallet full of cash into a car and leave the window open and set up a camera . you have lead thm into commiting a crime or so fourth.

You would actually have to contact the Sheriffs Dept before you do anything so they can no what you are doing and when and where to set up the action
