  1. Sure it is legal.  It is their house until the lender forecloses and takes over ownership.

Lemme guess, you listen to a police scanner for fun, right?

  2. Yes. It's legal. If the house is in preforeclosure, then your neighbors still own the house. Thus, they own the driveway.

It doesn't matter where they live. If they own the house, then they own the driveway.

  3. . . . . and it's your business because?

It's their house until they deed it away or the foreclosure happens, and it's their property to park their vehicles there if they wish.

  4. It's still their property until the bank seizes it. So, they can park their car on their property if they want to. Once the house is foreclosed, the bank owns it and they would be trespassing by leaving the car parked on the property. In that case, the bank would probably have it towed.

  5. Why do you care?  Is it an eyesore? Or, are you just a busy-body?

  6. Well technically they still own it until the home has been legally forclosed and the bank gets it back.  So I dont think this is illegal to keep a vehicle on their property.  Check with your city ordinances, I know in my neighborhood, you cannot store vehilces on your property with expired tags, but Im assuming the vehicle is going to be stuck there until someone else has the legal authority to remove it.
