Can you legally drive out-of-state with a drivers permit

I just turned 16 and have a Massachusetts driving permit. My Dad and I are driving down to my sisters college in Miami later this month. I was wondering if I could drive in the following states legally, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Thanks homes.

  4. Aslong as you have an adult gaurdian or parent who has a valid drivers license, you can operate a motor vehicle.  

  5. nope you cant, if your dad tags along then thats a different story.
