We don't want to pay an extra 200 dollars because they think the thirteen year old is an idiot.

  1. in this day of age w/security at an all time high,,,,why not??

  2. You can, but i wouldn't just in case they find out.

  3. Lying about your age to avoid the fee while not technically illegal, would not be a good idea.  The airline can (and will) ask for ID, and if misrepresented they can cancel the ticket, no refund.

Lying to the TSA is a felony if asked for ID.

    Pay the $200.

  4. No that is a felony. Serious consequences can come as a result of that.
