being on a holiday... In water... "I" would not... Might think its a rescue flare or something. I saw yesterday it's a $1000 fine if the "LAW" shows to it.

You are just asking for trouble.  Even if you do have a fire extinguisher, repairing burnt upholstry is expensive.  Not even on a pontoon boat would I launch fireworks.  And I would check with the local authorities before shooting off any fireworks.  Hate to see you get a ticket on a holiday.

i would not as if there happens to be gasoline fumes from your gas tank or engine and you light fireworks boom goes your boat and everyone on it.

i wouldnt. if something missfires and goes in the engine then your f*****. But if you want to.. check with the park ranger.
