Everything that "Ashok S" mentioned plus

An Abdomen Guard Holder so that you can comfortably wear the guard and a big kit bag to put in all that stuff.

Instead of a thigh pad i use padman shorts, they have pad on the outside of the left leg and also protection on the inside of the right leg. They are also more comfortable to wear and easier to run.

I have also seen some people wear a chest guard but they are very rarely used.

Wicketkeeping pads are different from batting pads and close-in fielders wear shin guards too
