Can you listen to music while playing a PlayStation 3 game?

As of the newest firmware update, is it possible to replace music during a game with music from your hard drive? (kind of like on the xbox 360)

on some games, but mostyl only on neweer games. dont knw the list though.

Some games support the in game music function.  I know that you can create and play your songs in the game Pain.  I don't know any other games but if the firmwire is just being released then none of the other games have been made to support the music function yet.
