  3. I sure could kimchiee is one of my favorite things in the world I am going to learn to make it. The rice I would like fried rice

  4. Funny you should ask; I've been dining on kimchee and freshly boiled white rice plus two other dish for many moons now and I found myself eating a whole lot of kimchee each time. Kimchee & rice? No problem, very enjoyable!! I do need my hot "pu erh tea" or green tea though.

    Here's why I can.... [googled this}:

    amount per serving

    Calories: 24.74, Vitamin A: 4104.95 IU

    Protein: 1.7g Vitamin C: 42.24 mg

    Carbohydrate: 3.73 g Calcium: 104.24 mg

Cholesterol: 0 mg Iron: 0.87 mg

Sodium: 179.89 mg   Thiamin: 0.05 mg

    Fiber: 1.17 g Riboflavin: 0.07 mg

    Total Fat: 0.81 g     Niacin: 0.52 mg

    Saturated Fat: 0.11 g Potassium: 258.18 mg

    Folic Acid: 62.24 mcg

  5. Not enough protein-lacking in some B vitamins.

  6. You need a wider variety of foods to maintain good health. Kimchi and rice while being extremely healthy only go so far in doing that.

  7. no, you need protein. add some meat, fish or tofu and you're closer to a balanced meal. still, eating nothing but that every day would probably leave you deficient in some nutrients.

  8. Chyeaa!! It's best with sticky rice! hm...

  9. no way..your body needs all the minerals and vitamins from all the foods..just be vareful to balance em out
