  1. No telescopes? Horrors!

  2. then I'd be fine. maybe disheveled, but fine.

besides if I need to see myself I talk to the ceiling. works every time.

  3. if the mirror was never invented, then im sure eveyrone could live without it because no one would be used to it

if all mirrors were to disappear now, then wed hava problem

  4. .. well of course you can live without mirrors... everyone just might look a little more messed up. but if everyone looked a little messed up then it would be alright, wouldn't it? because EVERYONE looks like that. also, there are other ways to see your reflection...and if the mirror was never invented life might be not that much different or VERY different. after all a lot of telescopes and other equipment use mirrors to reflect light and other uses... we might have a whole lot less knowledge if mirrors weren't invented.

  5. Girls would be more hairy on their faces. Gross...

  6. Lol...ask my husband this question!! He is the most vain person I know!

I actually go days without looking in the mirror...we only have one small one in the kids bathroom, and one large one in my husband's room...I seriously can not be bothered with venturing down that end of the house just to gawk at myself! I KNOW my hair's a mess, I KNOW what I look like in my rugby jersey and jeans, and I rarely wear make up, so I really have no need for a mirror!!

  7. people lived for years wothout mirrors. mirrors are only from around the middle ages.

today its hard for us to live without mirrors since it's such an important part of our lives. but as a matter a fact we don't really need it. today looks are so important to us but if we never knew how we looked like we wouldn't care. no one would have mirrors so no one would think that  we could look anybetter.... for me its personally hard to imagine life without mirrors but it's also hard to imagine life without cellphones (and we've only been using them for about 10 years)

oh and before mirrors people would use rivers and lakes to see their reflections.

  8. omg no! but i ges if i was born without knwing what it was iw ouldnt really care.

  9. no

  10. Not anymore they are absolutely invaluable for removing nose hairs. If it wasn't invented a lot more people would have cables coming out their nose.

  11. Then we wouldn't be living without...'cause it would be something we'd be use to. The bad thing:My eyebrows would look pretty bad. The good thing: I couldn't pick at the zits I get once a month.

  12. Then I would have messy hair, zits that need popped and something stuck in my teeth all the time! How horrid would that be!?

  13. Sure, why not?

It'd be harder for people to put on makeup or groom themselves, but that's no big deal.

I've been on vacations in tropical countries or in the woods where I didn't have a mirror for a week or more and didn't miss them at all.

Plus, if you wanted to eliminate the mirror, you'd still have reflections in water, etc. Plus you have cameras and camcorders that can do the same job.

  14. Yes, quite easily.  I am fed up with my medusa-like looks shattering mirrors all the damned time!

  15. I can live without a mirror, but I'm not sure if those around me would want me to live without one.

  16. I know you probably figured this out already, but it's MIRROR.

If no mirror, you wouldn't know what you're missing. We get used to things. That's the only reason we require them.

  17. use a bucket of water for reflection.
