Can you lookup memebers by location?

i am hosting an event locally and want to contact members who live in this area that may be able to attend...i want to look up and contact only the members who live in my area

Do not think you can do that with Yahoo's policies on protecting identities. but what you can do is ask a question: Hi I live in Las Vegas, im going to host an event on ..........date at this ..............place. Members who live in the area and who can attend answer this question! good luck
