Can you lose weight after gall bladder surgery?

I had gall bladder surgery 3 yrs ago. I havent lost a pound in fact i have gained. I know a guy who lost 100 lbs.

well if you eat right and exercise yes you can,  just like any other time.   I have never thought to use my gall on my being obese.  good idea
