  1. I am not sure. But you can lose weight by simply drinking 12-15 glasses of water per day in 3 months.  No carbonated drinks! Also eat only fruits and vegetables.

    I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months.  As of today, I am already on my 3rd year of drinking water and I am maintaining my weight from 58 kilos to 60 kilos. Do this and I am positive that you will be in good shape.
