  2. If your lease is part of the filing then you should be protected until court.

  3. If you re-affirmed on the loan (agreed to pay per the norm), then you shouldn't lose it. If not, they'll repo and you'll be responsible for the difference....not much information here....did you include it in the bankruptcy? Is your case discharged?

  4. Yes, the fact that you are bankrupt means that you were living beyond your means and do not have the money to pay.  Definetly, yes, the bank will come and get it if you don't pay it.
