  1. Uhuh. Call that local police department. Officer might've forgotten to give it back.

  2. you need to go to the dmv at once... tell them what happened and then get a new one.

  3. Either you lost it or he forgot to give it back.  He wouldn't let the one driving illegally off the hook and punish you for just riding in the car.  Call the station and see if they have a lost and found or can contact the officer.

  4. Don't know, but I hope the driver lost his license until he's 18.

  5. YES YOU  CAN IF U BEEN PULL OVER MORE THAN ONE TIME WITH YUOR PREMIT,BUT IF IT WAS A WARNING THEN NO YOU CAN'T.

  6. He forgot to give it back to you. If your friend received any kind of written warning on it, the officer's badge number is on it and you can call the police station and request to speak to that officer. If he didn't receive any kind of written citation, you need to try and remember if it was a State police officer (highway patrol), or if it was a city or county officer to know which office to call to find out how you will receive your permit back. They will probably just drop it in the mail to you if the officer actually did forget to give it back to you. Don't allow yourself to be tempted to drive without your permit on you though. Suck it up and go pay the dollar it costs to get a replacement at the DMV if you do not get your permit back before you want or need to drive again though kiddo, because that CAN get you suspended in some states.

  7. he probably took it to be a jerk so you will have to explain to parents or guardians where it went and why you need a new one

  8. he probably forgot to give it back, call the station and ask, they can't do anything if the officer already gave you your "punishment"

  9. i don't think you can get in trouble.

  10. Go to the station and get it back, cop drove off with mine once, we both drove a long way for me to get it back
