  1. Go to a liberal arts college.  You can easily major in biology with a minor in archaeology, or a double major.  A lot of universities offer anthropology with sociology, so if the school offers anthropology on its own, or archeology on its own, that's a good option.  Make sure you do an internship to combine both of them!

  2. You're probably not going to have a lot of crossover classes, so it is likely going to take some extra hours.  Talk to your adviser and let them know what you want.  Pretty much a minor is just a matter of taking enough hours in the subject to qualify.

I have a history degree and along the way most of the electives I took were in philosophy.  Most of those credits helped me with my general degree though.  You should know that a minor is pretty much just bragging rights unless you're planning on doing post grad work in the field.

  3. I'd think you'd be able to do some really cool shipwreck and underwater ruins research with that.  Jobs are pretty scarce though.  There's nothing to keep you from taking the courses for both.  You might consider that jobs for archeology majors are slightly (only slightly) more available than jobs for marine biologists - at least according to a marine biology major I know who says there are only around 3 marine biologists hired in the US annually.  It's really up to you what you choose to do though.

  4. Yes you certainly can. Chances are that both majors are in the same college at a University yet even if it isn't you can do that.

    P.S. it's Vice Versa
