Can you make a garden arbor out of pallet wood?

I would think this would be possible but I haven't been able to find any info on the internet. There are always tons of pallets being thrown away and I thought this would be one way to use the wood that is still usable, and thus being 'green'. Has anyone ever done this project? Where would I go for more info/plans? Thanks!

Not sure about plans but pallets burn very easily, very quickly and very wildly so take care.
