Can you make a grilled cheese sandwich with a hot dog bun?

Yes you can, here is how.

Grate the cheese you plan to use.

Take a rolling pin and roll out the bread a little to give a large surface area to fill with cheese.

Fill the hot dog roll with as much cheese as you can pack in.

Heat a heavy non-stick frying pan on a medium heat.

Add a tiny drop oil and small piece of butter to the pan and cook your sandwich slowly turning it over several times until it is golden and crispy on the outside.

Or if you have a nonstick griddle pan you could try it on there.

The very nature of the bread that is used for hotdogs means it  might stick to the pan...but give a go.
