  1. If you are on a one-way street AND the street you are turning onto is also one-way, then yes you can.  Otherwise, you will have to go through opposing traffic.

  2. State to state and city to city all differ. Most places that allow turn on red accept left turn onto a one way street.  Your manual for the state will tell you for sure. Some places only allow it from a one way street onto a one way street.

  3. in ny you can make a left turn on red from a one street to another one way street

  4. In California I think it is legal, but I would have to check. I can only remember making right hand turns too.

  5. You can turn either direction on a red as long as you're not crossing lanes of traffic, either the one going the opposite your direction on the road you turn from, or the direction going opposite the one you want to turn onto.

  6. No

  7. Why would you turn anywhere on a one way street. Keyword is: OneWay

You can turn right on red if it's 2 way traffic and it's clear to go.

  8. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL DMV OFFICE, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL BE GETTING THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.

  9. If your wheel is in the curb lane and can turn into the curb lane, you can turn on a red light.  This means right turn from the right lane and left turn one a one way to another one way street.  If you have to cross traffic, you can't do it.
