  1. In countries that drive on the left, you can. Just like we make a right turn on red, in most states. Ignore the fool behind you, he was honking at a friend, not you!

  2. U can only make a left on red if your in a 1 way street going onto another 1 way street... but thats in the state of PA i dunno about the other states...

  3. What you did was illegal and dangerous.

Where I live it would get you three points on your license and a stiff fine.

Be more careful operating your vehicle.

  4. I guess you must live overseas to make a left turn on red and if so then make the turn when you and only you are comfortable with it.

  5. Only if the street is a one way that you are turning on to, and it has to be a T intersection, not a cross. You were in the right....

  6. Left on RED?? never heard of it--Right on red if allowed and there is clearly no traffic using the intersection...but NEVER left on RED. If it is allowed there should be signs posted clearly stating how and if you can make the left turn on red. NO SIGNS?? Don't do it--wait for the light to change--a few seconds is better than a 700 dollar ticket

  7. Sweety if you make a left turn through a red, and live to tell about it, hope there isn't an officer watching, or you will have a problem. You were absolutely right to hold tight. If the guy behind you is in that big of a hurry, he should leave earlier next time.

  8. sure if you have good insurance.

  9. who care as long as you dont get pull over for 5-0 or put some one in danger, that what it all about, who gets hurt
