Can you make a mini toy car with a potato?

i heard you could light a bulb with a potato, and power a digital watch.but can you make a little car (and/or power) with a potato, and it could move it's self?

In theory you could. The potato would be the elecrolyte for a crude battery to power the car. It would probably not be a very fast car, but entirely possible.
