Can you make a new playstation 3 master account with the same email?

i forgot my password and I want to make a new master account.

Ordoes anyone knoe if you can delete your account.

You can change a name only on Japanese PSN. You have to come up with new email.

No you can't.

Even if you delete the account and you create a new one you still can't use the email you used with the account you deleted.

You have to make a new account.With a different email.
