Can you make a roll cage by yourself and it will still aprove the safety test?

I'm going to be racing a cruiser car with my sis and i don't know you can really do that and still pass the safety test.

Summit Racing and Jeg's offer roll bar kits that most anyone can install or you could have a local drag race shop install it for you.

It has to be made by a certified shop and if you are talking about street racing you might as well call up the police and tell them to come

and get you.

Yes you can as long as you have the correct material and the correct machinery to make it along with following the guidelines for the correct class that you are racing in.
