  1. don't believe it it's all rubbish. At most you'll light up a tiny led if that! They usually show you it can *register* some current on the voltmeter but I think you might actually need an acre of potato bags to do a 6v lightbulb

  2. look on the internet, or wait till the next episode of eco tech to see how you can infelct a sloar ctach 10x the power using only tin foil a an extra spoon added to s slolar pannel

  3. What you saw was a Solar Oven with reflectors made from the shiny inside of a big potato chip bag.

Yes, It can be done.  There are some things to do exactly right, but, people  do it all the time after they understand it.

I did it, made mine from aluminum foil and cardboard.

The neighbors were all laughing at me till I fed them dinner from it.

  4. You would be better off making a solar tracking mechanism for the one you have. Quite simple with a few LDR's and a bit of pipe, then reset when it goes dark.

  5. I dont think it can be done by that.Right now only silliocn cell can transfer the photon to electicity

  6. i think what you can make is a solar cooker. that's easy to make than a panel.

  7. i believe you can. i have heard of this interesting guy who used pop can bottles to make his own solar panels...which would be the same concept (or similar) to building one using potato chip bags. Ive added the website below.

    Good luck on your invention!
