On these you can either have a domain name like yourdomain.com or have your domain be yourdomain.thewebsite.com   You have your own domain without another websites.com you mostly have to pay for it. Here are some sites that can help you. Synthasite.com  or  weebly.com

    It's a step by step thing.I mostly perfer weebly.com because in that after your done with what you want to put on your website then you can go back to weebly.com after you've saved your website and published it (without paying) if you dont want to and it has a graph thing that can tell you if anyone has been to your website.
