Can you make another eBay account on the same email that you cancelled an eBay account on before?

If you cancelled the account on your own accord, then 'yes' you can. However if it's an email account linked to a closed ebay account that ebay closed, then 'no'.

Since ebay accounts are so much more complex then they used to be five years ago, you can now use yahoo, gmail, or even hotmail emails now. This is allowed becuase you have to give them your credit card info, your DNA sample, and your first born son now.
