Can you make regular green tea into iced tea???

like the hot green tea. The ones you make with tetley tea bags ..... can you put ice cubes in it to make it iced tea or no??

Definitely you can.  I do it all the time.  I make sun tea with about 15 bags of regular tea, with 5-7 bags of green jasmine tea.  Put them all in a sun tea jar, let it sit outside all afternoon, then pour it into a dispenser in the fridge.  The dispenser I have was only about $7 at Wal-Mart.  Very yummy, especially with a wedge or two of lemon.

Sure can. And it's great. Just make sure you brew the tea strong, though, so it doesn't get too watered down because there's nothing worse than watered down green tea. Blech.

Any tea can be made into ice tea. Just add ice, it is much better that way in the summer.

Yea i ive done it before. You can also make jello out of the green tea just add plenty of splenda or other sweatner to make it taste good. You can incorporate green tea in to a variety of things like put some green tea into the freezers make lil poppsicles be creative.

then leave it in freezer for about 5 hours

You can put the green tea into the refridgerator. Not the freezer. Keep it in there for 20 minutes. It will be cold and cool. It tastes really good.

I make a pitcher of it every other day and keep it in the frig, until it's gone and time for another pitcher to be made.

Heat 2 quarts of water to boiling.  Remove from heat.  Add 2 green tea bags, and cover.  Let it sit for an hour.  Remove tea bags.  Add a half cup of sugar (or to taste, I use less), 3 tablespoons of lemon juice (or to taste, I use 2 and I recommend using fresh lemon juice), and 3 tablespoons of honey (or to taste).

This recipe sounds weird, but it comes out very similar to the Arizona green tea minus the ginseng and additives. I've used it with cheap tea, good tea and expensive tea - they all taste good, unless you use cheap honey.

yes you can, just make sure you brew it a little stronger than you like, because the ice will water it down.

i do it all the time.  i add a little honey to it and its yummy.
