I'm delighted to assist you with your Refund Request. We hope that you

found our service useful and enjoyable even for a short period of time.

Upon reviewing your account, our records show that you indeed cancelled

your subscription within the free trial period. However, please

understand that canceling your subscription alone, even though it is

within the free trial period, will not automatically refund the charge

on your card.

If we have received the request for cancellation during that time, we

could have refunded the full amount incurred.

Moreover, I found that you subscription has ended on 05/31/2007. We

regret to inform you that since the Cancellation period has passed and

your subscription has ended, our system can no longer issue a refund to

your card.

  1. You cancelled in the proper period but waited too long to ask for a refund (according to them).  I'd contact the credit card company hopefully you have American Express if its Visa good luck.

  2. you canceled too late to get a refund

  3. Its called "Fillibuster", verbose mumble jumble of all kinds of words and ideas designed to confuse you into inaction until it really is too late, and trust whatever is whatever, cover all bases and you'll live with it.  Call them up and just get your refund as they clearly promised in the sales offer.  They will probably realize you're not a sucker to be duped, and should give you the refund.  If they don't, then contact a consumer agency or publicity show in your country that will do something about it or spread the word of their scam.

    More power to you !

  4. doesnt sound like you are getting your money back.....
