Okay, my best friend's name is Peggy Powell. She has a big nose, with extra skin on the end. It shakes when she talks or laughs. I know it sounds mean, but she is the one who makes fun of it the most.

Next week, she is getting rhinoplasty and wants a tongue twister in rememberance of the old nose. I couldn't think of much. Any ideas out there? Please just make it about her name and nose. NOT RHINOPLASTY!! Thanks so much!!
