Yep and it makes 'em crispy. Not batter though. You can either make them on a tray/ rack thing or on foil.

They tend to heat up slowly though, so what I do is microwave it for 1 or 2 minutes and THEN toast it to make them crispy AND hot. Unless you dont have a microwave which is why you're asking, lol.
