  1. i dont now ask ppl

  2. i think and are you from another country?

  3. Yes, you can marry anyone.

  4. Once you  are married lay low then start the immigration process after two years.  Go to the immigration headquarters and get the papers study the test and in about five or six years BINGO !  she's in and FREE !  One thing please don't throw dirty diapers out of your car like I see so many Mexicans do here, OK ?

Seriously, I met my spouse here in California and she was from China. for the sole purpose to meet me, (through mutual friends) and see what would happen.   We fell in love and she stayed here and we went to the county courthouse and tied the knot.  She went through the immigration process got her USA citizenship.  We worked hard and we raised two beautiful daughters.  They are both in college and doing fine and we have three houses and good retirements from all our hard work.  So it can be done and you want to be a part of your or our community, GOOD for you !  Good luck

  5. very great success you for this I think me like much

  6. if she was here already for few months then u apply for fiance visa for her and she can come back on that then get married.

this is possible if u r citizen.

or else if u r having green card u have problem..

  7. Yes, then  file I-130 form. She can get a green card, within 3 years become a permanent  resident, and in another 3 years she becomes a citizen after filing more paper work/

Just make should she marriage you for love or she may leave you after she becomes a citizen.

  8. As long as she didn't come into the country with the intention to get married, your marriage will be legal.  If you are an American citizen then she can apply for a green card after you get married, however, you have to prove that you are employed and that you make enough money to support her should she lose her job and/or choose not to work.  You will also have to sign a paper that says if she goes on welfare, you will pay it back.

If you are not a US citizen, then you will just be two people here illegally.

  9. Sure you can get married.

BUT that will not make any easier to get a green card.

In fact it will make it a LOT harder to get a green card.

  10. Are you sure she's the non-native one?

  11. i believe you can. she can also become a citizen when married, i think...

  12. depends on the state but most states you can marry easily even to someone who is here illegally so just having her visa wouldn't matter a bit.
