if you have a freezer and a mold ready. i suppose. but good luck trying to get it out. i'm guessing chocolate and especially peanut butter sticks like glue to whatever.

Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.  I think confectioners probably mix it with something to mold, and I don't think the molds are fancy.

Well PB is not solid at room temp like chocolate is so you'd never get a standing statue. The reason chocolate can be molded into shapes once it's melted is because it will firm up again as it cools. PB will never harden that much.
