Can you mix boric acid with water for a spray bottle to kill roaches more effectively??

I want to spray boric acid along the walls by the ceiling and in the heat vents where I see roaches coming in from my dirty neighbors in my apartment.

Will it work?

It will work if you first heat the water then add some boric acid. My favorite ant killer is making a simple sugar syrup then adding a tablespoon of roache-proof to it. The ants drink-up then disappear a day later; -fore-ever! Do not add the boric acid while the water is steaming-let it cool some first. 1 tblspn of powder to a quart of liquid.
