Can you mix ensure with other foods?

Question

Ensure is very sweet, and makes me want to vomit. I was wondering if it is safe to mix it with other foods such as ice-cream, to kill off the taste.

it is fine to do make a great milk shake or fruit smoothy with it.

Try Boost it has a better flavor
