  1. YES BUT PUT SILICA GEL. THAT WHITE SMALL PACKET THAT COME WITH EVERY MEDECINE BOTTLE. IT WILL KEEP ABSORB THE MOISTURE

  2. yes try to keep a napkin in there to control the moisture.

    Michael...

  3. Sure you can,  it's really no different then those weekly pill containers they sell (the ones w/ a compartment for each day)

  4. We mix all our pills/vitamins in the little weekly pill containers.  Seems to be ok.  My flaxseed pills don't fit though so I they aren't in the container with the rest.

  5. I have been meaning to answer this question for a few days.  I saw it two other times.

If you are asking about putting your vitamins in a true Tupperware container, there is no need to add a napkin or the jel packs because Tupperware is air tight and moisture resistant.

I do recommend, however, checking the expiration date of your pills to make sure you do not mix in vitamins which may be soon expiring.

Also, if you do place them into a Tupperware container, will you be leaving the container at home or transporting it?

If you are transporting it, be sure to add something to protect the vitamins from being pulverized.  LOL!   I know most of us throw out the cotton stuffing.  But when you travel with pills, they tend to get bashed around.

I really like putting all of my pills into single use containers.  Tupperware has mini containers which are perfect for daily dosages.

They also have shakers which are fantastic for making vitamin drinks.

Let us know what you decide.

Oh one last thing.  You may want to ask a pharmacist if placing one vitamin against another (giving specifics of what you are taking) will be harmful.  You just NEVER know.

Some vitamins may contain ingredients which, when in contact with others will begin to break down their composition.

As the poster above stated, keeping them out of direct sunlight is also important.

    Good luck!!!

  6. probably won't harm the nutritional value... they key to keeping vitamins (and mostmeds) active is to guard from letting light get to them.  Use a dark-colored one.
