Yes, but ONLY after it has been properly summoned using the method on the card.

Soul of Purity and Light is a special type of monster known as a "semi-nomi"

There's a way to know what the difference is between nomi and semi-nomi. It's in their card text.

Nomi:

- This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned EXCEPT by... (effect listed on card)

Semi-Nomi:

- This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can ONLY be special summoned by... (effect listed on card)

Semi-nomis can be revived though monster reborn, etc. after their summoning conditions have been met. Nomi's can only be called out by the method listed on their card.

No you can't. It can only be special summoned by removing from play 2 light monsters from your graveyard. No other way.

No. It says that it can ONLY be special summoned by removing one LIGHT and one DARK monster from your graveyard. Monster Reborn is special summoning it a different way.
