  1. I have always used diluted bleach to clean my tile floors and have never had any problems. Just don't use it too strong or it may take off the finish. I use about 1/4 cup per gallon of water.


  2. I always use very hot water with washing up liquid and bleach added.

  3. Yes, most bleaches have detergent added so it will do a good job. Always ventilate the room well as bleach, which is sodium hypochlorite, releases chlorine gas into the air when spread over a large surface.  Don't use too strong a mix, and above all don't mix it with anything else. One other tip, wear old clothes as you will get little white spots no matter how careful you are!
