NO.  A "sand trap" is a bunker (with sand in the bottom of it), a bunker is a hazard, and you cannot touch your ball in a hazard without incurring a penalty.  It is a bad break for you referred to in the rules as "a rub of the green", but that is the way it goes.  Just suck it up and knock it close.
