  1. You can get your music off your iPod using Yamipod.  I don't know if this works with DRM, but it will work for MP3s.

  5. yes but only if you have windows media player 10...all you have to do is put the wire in the computer form your ipod,rip the songs from the ipod to the media player and then sync it
