i heard that if you were to apply for a permanent residency visa thing in america you wouldnt have a chance of success if you have a criminal record, would it depend on what kind of offence it was for or is it just anything? a few months ago i was convicted for drink driving, i didnt have to go to jail or anything but still had to go to court and received a fine

  1. The best way for you to know about it to go to the embassy and ask. The addresses, telephone number and site of embassy what you need you can find on this site  https://www.visahq.com  Hope you'll be lucky and get your visa.

  2. We're not like Canada. Why don't you just come in illegally like everybody else? If you're willing to work real cheap, Dubya and his pals will welcome you.

  3. It is unllikely a single DWI without complicaitons would prevent you from getting a visa to the USA:

    Good luck!
