Can you move your arms during double red cell donation?

Question

I am scheduled to give a double red donation this Saturday. I have done "regular" donations many times in the past, but never the double red. Since I have to sit there for 45 minutes, I was hoping I could bring a book and read: however, since there are needles in both arms, is it safe/allowed to move your arms?
