  1. shoe polish, oven cleaner, bleach, washing powder conditioner, deoderant,  tin foil, floor cleaner, furniture polish, air fresheners toilet rolls, toilet cleaner,  dusters, washing up cloths, paper towels glass cleaner for windows, disinfectant,  soap,  pretty costly these days

  2. bathroom cleaner

    sponges/rags

    mop/broom

    kitchen cleaner

    laundry detergent

    bleach

    paper towls

    plastic baggies

floor cleaner if you have hardwood or vinyl flooring

    vaccum

    hand soap

    dish soap

    body wash

I have budgeted every month $100 for personal care

and $50 for household. Sometimes I spend more and sometimes I spend less. (btw it's just my husband and I)

  3. Your basic needs would be paper products toilet tissue, paper towels and kleenex. Shampoo conditioner bath soap dish detrergent trash bags laundry products and cleaning supplies. You may also need sheets and pillowcases towels and wash cloths. Make a list so you can mark things off as you get them, take a walk through your new place writing things down as you go.

  4. This summer I knew I'd be working more hours so I tried to stock up on as much 'stuff' as I could (for me and the house) beforehand so I didn't have to do as much shopping.

I  made a list by mentally going through my day.. ie get up, use tissues, go to toilet (ie use toilet roll, soap)...etc etc and writing down every item I used that I had to buy, then seeing which I needed to buy.

so it would look like this:

    Tissues

    Toilet roll

    soap

    etc

Try that, think through everything you use in a day/week and write it down.
