Can you name a good non-reference GTX 260 or HD 4870? ?

I'm looking to buy a GTX 260 or HD 4870. They are both great cards but the stock coolers are c**p. I've heard stories of artifacts appearing after a few hours of straight game play. Note: I'm NOT looking to OC my video card. I just want something stable.
