There are too many dentist horror stories! Can you set the record straight and let us Dental Assistants or Receptionists know of a good future?

I have had great luck with www.dentalworkers.com. They are a national site and have jobs all over. The best advice I can give you is to do a few working interviews, to see how the dentist and his other staff interact.If you get a "feeling" from the doc or the staff-keep looking.

Thankfully, I've worked with more good dentists than bad. At the moment I work with a dentist called Nila in England :-)
