i cant think of anything from where i live. so i listen to radio stations on the internet. aol, yahoo, imeem. they all have metal stations to listen to.

now im using last.fm and picking stuff from the web...

Well on XM radio I always listen to either Top Tracks, Fred, Ethel, or Deep Tracks (all of those are usually rock/metal/blues)
