  1. Look at cbs.sportsline.com/collegefootball/teams...  The CONFERENCES are the Mountain West Conference (MWC), Western Athletic Conference (WAC), Mid-American Conference (MAC), Conference-USA (CUSA), and the Sun Belt.

    I'm not gonna go ranking all of the teams, but here's the top 7 according to the Preseason Coaches' Poll (cbs.sportsline.com/collegefootball/poll...

    1. BYU (#17 overall preseason, MWC)

    2. Fresno State (#25 overall preseason, WAC)

    3. Utah (#28 overall preseason, MWC)

    4. Boise State (#34 overall preseason, WAC)

    5. TCU (#43 overall preseason, MWC)

    6. UCF (#51 overall preseason, CUSA)

    7. Tulsa (#55 overall preseason, CUSA)

    The rankings for Utah, Boise State, TCU, UCF, and Tulsa are determined from their standings in the "Also Receiving Votes" category of the preseason Coaches' Poll
