Can you name some techniques in tai chichuan?

What good is naming these techniques? If you don't have any training they will make little to no sense as they are not descriptive, they are more or less set out in riddles.  Tai Chi Chuan is about unarmed combat, but moreso it is about cultivation of the inner self.

By descriptive I am talking about extend right hand out to the side with crane hand, extend left hand out to the front with palm heel hand.

The names are very descriptive, albeit symbolic, and as the previous answer mentions, without training, they would be meaningless to you.

If these don't make much sense to you, I highly recommend some regular training - it is a very rewarding martial art.
