The first question: The guy catching Flintoff from behind is Monty Panesar.

The second question: Andrew G Ganteaume of west indies played one match, one innings and scored 112 runs for an average of 112. The problem with him was that the captain had to send a note to him to stop further batting as he was dead slow.
